No one can do anything against the common shares unless the shareholders of the Q commons are all notified of any action that SOMEONE intends to take. 150,000,000 oustanding and no one there to represent us in court--you must be joking!!

Maybe it is the Q company that wants to get rid of the shares that have been taken over by the Dish company. You understand--they get rid of all the shares that are being transferred to Dish and we are left with FEWER OUTSTANDING SHARES.. Aur shares will be worth more! THAT IS THE STRATEGY.
