The Judge overseeing this BK will cancel commons. TSTRQ is trying to eliminate as much baggage as they can, their attorneys will persuade the judge to cancel.



Speculation based on history. Look at that Judge's history. Commons will be cancelled. No one is "closer" to the case than the judge himself.

Better sell. :)
