Common shares cannot be cancelled by anyone. The shareholders still have the right to sell TSTR as a shell company to a Chinese company that wants to become public on the OTC and wants to go through an IPO of new shares!!

There is still plenty of value even in a dead company and remember that when Dish absorbes the other TERRESTAR and the name disappears, this Terrestar name is still worth millions!!!!
