You're either confused or intentionally misleading. Dish is buying assets, not the company, and there are no DOCUMENTED court docs indicating otherwise. There is no "yet" here unless it's speculation. The BK lawyers know nothing as to how this will play out for sure, the investors only speculate, and unless you have a valid reliable document as a source, it's not even a "yet". Maybe you should dig through the court docs and show us additional data the backs up your speculation?

The Judge overseeing this BK will cancel commons. TSTRQ is trying to eliminate as much baggage as they can, their attorneys will persuade the judge to cancel.
