Thanks MLR, I just called Scottrade & they Explained, I was trying to buy on a Margin Acc't & a Penny Stock cannot be Purchased on Margin.

I am however; able to place an Open Order for 290,000 @.0048(which may never get bought!)...

So, it is just NOT worth it, for me, to miss a possible Run for the 40,000 extra Shrs (minus the 250K shrs that I might have to Chase to get back!)...Esp. after reading Scott50 & Jamon's Post, Boy I ran to Cancel that order!
