CMKX still has mineral claims and shares represent a part ownership in them.

Good grief, Gump, that's so naive it's touching.

Unfortunately for you, in the real world, it does not work that way at all. There is no correlation between ownership of common stock and entitlement to company assets. Regardless of what it might say in Investing for Dummies, owning 0.01% of CMKX common stock does not mean you automatically own 0.01% of whatever mineral claims they have.

A revoked share is worthless. Period.
