Questions that need answers:

Does anybody have any experience in the structural make-up of Tailing ponds? And if so, what kind of work should we expect after they sample where the dry stacking will be placed?

The way the last PR was written, it seems to imply that the TR-11 did not cover the dry stacking location?

I'm at a loss for where the dry stack location testing coincides with Amendment-3 and TR-11.

Also, I remember reading the dry stacked tailings might be placed on a separate property? Would this fall under The POW Permit, or will the separate property owner need to receive a permit as well? OR, did that deal not go through?
