Points well taken, however I do not understand where the slight of hand is coming in? I read "from medefile website"that almost every state has different copy charges on the files and all Dr's charge differently for them.Seems clear to me. How is Medefile not helpfull to the patient?You seem to be quite down on PHR's. I would like to know why. The WHOLE point of medefile is to empower the patient with THEIR own records. Gathering the records is what sets Medefile apart and is no small measure. Wont happen for free and the copy charges is complex, and not something you want on the signup page, however it is on the website. I am SURE Medefile has not ripped anybody off. Look at the financials!
