I doubt if Fayiz has abandoned any of his ideas, but I suspect they are taking longer than he thought they would to materialize. That's nothing new, I've never seen a high level executive who didn't think things could be done faster then reality says they will be done. I believe a sense of optimism goes with the job.

What's important, IMHO, is that most things that the CEO and/or BOD plan to get done eventually happen, even if it takes substantially longer than they think it will.

Right now I'm hoping that CTKH is bumping up against the $10 million threashold where they must report. If I understand it correctly, that's based on figures established at the end of the fiscal year. If at the end of the fiscal year an audit doesn't say they're over the threashold, they can go another year without reporting. If I remember correctly CTKH's fiscal year ends in the summer, but I'm not certain what date. I say this because the Annual Meeting was held in early September, and Annual Meetings are normally held a few months after the fiscal year ends to allow time to compile the annual results.

If someone knows for sure, please let us know when the new fiscal year begins. I also gathered there was speculation the Annual Meeting would be held in late August, does anyone have any knowledge of either the date or where it will be held. I hope to make the meeting if it's held in Vegas again, but don't know that it will be.
