The question is was this a forced marrage between the creditor and the lender or was this an accretive marrage.. As the debt seems to be a large part of the transaction,, what is the true value of the marrage.. Also what is the possibility of any w/o or write down of acquired assets and what are the shape of the acquired recievables.. hank
