I will answer this because I forgot to include in my short list, and because its important, I think. (Then I'm relaxing!!)

Yes, I mentioned it. Both parties told me it was not something to worry about, timing wise.

Battle lines are drawn, and some that have been super friendly are less so now...too many potential issues of conflict. That came up in three conversations I had today...also, a third attorney has now confirmed that these boards are read and the suggestion has been made that matters of immediate courtroom strategy (maybe all, but that wasn't said) are best left off the boards. FWIW.
