Seriously, while they may have redesigned the pricing page and offered a new service for collection from a single doctor (silly idea given the precepts on the MDFI service if you ask me), the basic pricing problem persists.

Specifically, look at section 10e. Acording to their terms and conditions they still charge copy fees which can become excessive. This means that the pricing page is a little deceptive. Yes, there is a handy monthly charge (they always offered this option, I think) but this does not include all the fees they will eventually charge.
More slight of hand from Mr Hauser, I am afraid. Wonder if he'll fool anyone with this slickness?
