My July 13, 2011 Visit to Neah Power:
I just got back from talking with Steve Wilson, CFO. He said the financing agreement with Southridge Partners WAS STILL IN PLACE. He would not elaborate on the filings, but assured me their agreement with Southridge was still valid, and they still have financing.
He said Chris was "traveling", but would not say more. He would not confirm who the defense contractor is.
He did express his faith in Dr D'Couto. I asked if they still expected big things to happen this year per Chris' Letter to the Shareholders earlier this year. He smiled and said, keep watching us.
