uh, they agreed to $57 million

'we expect $100 million from Samsung'

uh, they paid us $500 thousand; but, look on the bright side, they will pay us - whatever - from 2002 onward...


Nok has the potential to stiff Samsung, at least in one way, with regard to the IDCC TDMA/GSM contract. i don't know what this says about cdma2000 since Samsung leads in this category. i suppose IDCC could tighten the wording of the development contract with NOK
