Yeah, but why would SL hand over the BioHARP if he felt he had been cheated? Wouldn't he be more likely to not hand over the Bioharp and maybe that is why we are where we are today? I have to believe he wouldn't hand over the HARP until he got the necessary assurances in writing. If the stock dilution was an issue, then I would expect him to want it retified.

If Sam has a legitimate trust issue with PL, then how can we expect to see movement without changes that would rebuild that trust. What would those changes have to be? If I were Sam, I don't know if I could do it!
