CharlieBunny, it seems to me that you did not read the CEO letter or the last PR concerning the Little River sale so I will repost it and Highlight the NEW SALE for you.

Friends and shareholders:

Attached please find this morning's press release announcing VirTra Systems' latest simulator sale to the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians in Manistee, Michigan.

Naturally, we are pleased that the tribe chose VirTra Systems' IVR HD-180™ over our competitors' offerings. Back in April, representatives from Little River received a system demonstration at our Phoenix production facility after hearing of us from one of our law enforcement trade magazine ads. We received encouraging comments from them at that time. However, after completing evaluations, and attending demonstrations of our competitors' products, Little River reported they chose VirTra Systems' IVR HD-180 because it was the most feature-rich, multi-lane system they had tried, and were quite pleased with our competitive pricing.

We recognize that these sale cycles may seem many times be laboriously slow; however, when our systems are compared to our competitors’ systems, VirTra Systems' simulators now regularly triumph over the competition. This speaks well of our products, accessories, and our growing reputation for after-the-sale service. Developing an exemplary corporate reputation among the training community is a concerted effort on our part, and plays an important role in acquiring greater market share within the industry now, and into the future.

In this regard, we were concerned when a military customer last week cancelled a scheduled demonstration. However, we were greatly relieved when the customer told us that, after visiting with a couple of our IVR simulator purchasers, a demonstration was unnecessary, and they intend to buy our simulator even without a demonstration!

VirTra Systems’ IVR HD-180 will be an integral part of Little River’s firearms training programs for its public safety officers and SWAT unit. In addition, there are several law enforcement agencies in the surrounding area that will be invited to train with Little River’s department, thus expanding "word of mouth" about the IVR's attributes..

The Little River tribe has recently experienced unprecedented growth since building its casino on tribal property in 1999. The new casino attracts over 1000 visitors each day, and has necessitated a proportional increase in the size of its public safety department. The community is located in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, on the western shore of Lake Michigan.

This sale represents one of the most well-outfitted IVR HD systems sold thus far, as we will be delivering a wide variety of our unique, patent-pending training accessories. In addition to our current offering of high-definition threat scenarios, Little River purchased weapon conversion kits for an M-16, 12-gauge shotguns, and various handguns. Laser-based pepper-spray training canisters, our low-light simulation software, and our unique, patent-pending Threat-Fire™ belt were also included in the purchase.

While our simulators are the single most expensive portion of any sale, our accessories many times account for as much as 50% of an order, and sometimes even more. Furthermore, although our Threat-Fire belt receives considerable attention due to its shock delivery, monetarily speaking, it is our weapon training conversion kits that usually total the second largest item of any given sale.

These weapon conversion kits are highly appreciated by our customers, because they convert the trainee’s own weapon into a laser-based training weapon in only a few minutes. The kit includes a laser and a pneumatically-actuated recoil mechanism, giving trainees a realistic “kick” from the weapon, thus requiring them to regain their aim. Being unable to use one’s own weapon while training can obviously be detrimental. Moreover, when officers' lives are on the line, little differences such as barrel site, trigger-squeeze pressure, and other subtleties can literally make the difference between life and death.

As our roots in law enforcement continue to take hold, we fully expect sales to law enforcement departments such as Little River to continue to grow.

These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to any investment in VirTra Systems. I respectfully refer you to VirTra Systems' filings with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

--L. Kelly Jones, VirTra Systems CEO

This sounds to me like a sale.
