Read between the lines folks.....

The R/M may not happen at all. All news I can find says TSNP "discussions" of a reverse merger with inPlay, not a done deal or anything signed or finialized.

Companies evaluate and "DISCUSS" things ALL THE TIME. Doesn't mean they never fall through. Discussions of some new widget invention they "may" invent, discussions on a "possible" patent, discussions on increasing revenue, discussions on future aquisitions and partnerships, ect.

Discussions are just that, DISCUSSIONS.
