Pop, you are really splitting hairs here. YA is in complete control. They control the board, the CEO, all press releases, all financing options the company may try to enter into, where any revenue generated by neomedia is applied, what is reported in the quarterly reports, who is hired/fired, who gets paid for services (1.75 m hostage), what par value per share is, the number of authorized shares, and majority voting rights for any issue that requires shareholder approval. Good grief, am I missing anything? To say anything otherwise is...... Well, I wont go there. Here since 2003 and hoping for the day the company is bought out.
