Yes, YA has been assigned almost all the patents (I believe with the exception of 3). However, NeoMedia is still the manager of that portfolio. YA would only have rights in the litigation of that IP.
YA management has no legal right to speak on the behalf of NeoMedia except as member of the executive team or the Board. In practice, NeoMedia's CEO has been the almost exclusive voice of NEOM.
