Now Meller would own 99.33% of the company leaving shareholders out in the cold!!

WTF is gonna buy this POS when the O/S is gonna be 750,000,000 anytime soon!!! That would give this a Mcap of $135MM, and that is after doing us a HUGE favor of taking 6 cents on the dollar!!
