I posted the SMSH new filing to nodummy earlier and am still waiting for him or anyone here to comment on what they think. What would make you think those shares are restricted? I noticed the stock did not break .01 today as it should have with the volume and charts and AUTO was selling almost since right after the open and he had some very large lot's of 1 plus million shares each time he jumped on the ask and then would follow with a bidwhack all the way down, check the chart for today it was up and down and up and down and a battle. I barely left even. Once I saw that filing it was goodbye for me. I need to learn to take some profits early on however you wuld never expect a company to issue news and then mid day into the news hit us with a filing of an increase in AS from 500 mllion to 2 billion. That was pretty bold of them IMO. It is happening way too boldly these days with way to many penny stocks. It is getting aweful to even try to find penny stocks to trade anymore much less invest in and I prefer to hold stocks if I can find any good ones. JMO.
