the ball was dropped by the legal team....could have easily been fought in wisconsin, texas ( rocket docket) and plaintiff friendly.......after waiting and grouping into a larger suit, ball was dropped....maybe it will NOT make a difference......we would have had 3-4 seperate patent suits filed....if something goes wrong, greenshift has ALL ITS EGGS IN ONE BASKET.... the defendants could have been grouped to have all the cards fall as planned.... maybe ( i hope) more strategies are in play...
