heres the deal...

PL filed for BK Chap 7.

SL counter-filed to rescind that order noting PL was not authorized.

that is the only filings to date.

whether they want to talk about it or not is up to them; however the filings are still active.

there is no whether SL turns over the harp or not. that is not the filing at hand. that will be determined at chancery court.
