mgmt has diluted shares since march of 2010
i actually call the TA and *recorded* each
days' info .. from mid march 2010 to today

cash flow has clearly stabilized
mgmt hasn't increased their AS in 22 weeks
certs haven't been issued in 22 weeks

and volume today .. with 3.3 BILLION OS/AS
runs on avg 28M shares less than it did in 2009
when the float was 100M vs *edit* <imo> 1 BILLION
and the OS/AS was 980/1B

those are FACTS <edit>> except my call on the current float>
those of us actually here in 2009 remember the CC on july 28th 2009
when jd was asked for the float info .. *then*
