4KIDS, your statement is false. EXPO diluted the company by selling assets on Ebay after the 2.3 billion shares dilution you mentioned started in March, 2010. Appointing a new CEO and BOD won't mean a thing to most investors, especially if they're known [we all know who is leadership in the current doghouse debacle]. Add to that any plant picture taking BOD applicants and you just spread the ruins, not fix it. JMHO
