Bubba, context is muchoIMPORTANTE, PL's emails constitute "official" CEO communication whether or not PL see's them that way..........I tend to believe PL knows the emails "skirt" the legal "fine line" when investors rely on the email for "follow through"

follow through is the main PROBLEM here, and RARELY has any follow through been realized........major integrity problem for ANY CEO to PUBLIC INVESTOR communication IF THE CEO cant DELIVER what the emails purport him to deliver, EXCUSES are the result of unpreparedness and lead to false hope
