The key word is "on as need basis" if used to drive revenue and pps i am with them, if used to pay salaries everything goes out the window. we need to recognize, the company will never accomplish its objectives without capital. this is the reason company's go public not to flip flop stocks like most penny's do. I agree with the on this strategy.
