Thank you Marine 1.

I love the third paragraph of your post # 46153, but at no time have I ever made a statement that the CEO was diluting for no cause, or to line his pockets.

But dilution is going on, as money is needed for the dream of the great success of the CEO in his now ever expanding company.

Never doubted it for a second, BUT the great tragedy of a PINK, or PENNY stock, is that there may never be an ending for the need to use new shares to accomplish that.

There's always something else needed to spend money on to make the company grow.

All the time this is going on, IF they get that money from printing up, and selling off highly discounted 144 restricted paper, like so many do, the pps goes down, while the number of shares goes up.

Regardless.

For that reason, while the company grows, the pps grows too, and it takes more and more to make the pps grow at any given time.

There's no lawsuit on now, as the company won, and reaped rewards because of it. The stock did a nice run afterwards, and has now settled down, but it didn't make a run again, at least not yet.

During the time of that suit, it went down much too low, and the correction was greatly needed, and expected.

But there aren't any more lawsuits, so why hasn't it climbed up higher than it is now for more than that initial run, and stayed higher too ?
