No, it is quite clear JD Pulver handed over BNPD without protecting the shareholders allowing BEHL to dilute it and run off with shares without having control or ownership of the BNPD shell. The responsibility of JD does not go away because he admits the transaction was never completed, but in the mean time he did nothing to protect shareholders, he is just as much to blame as those who were pillaging this stock. They don't care where the shares are, they completed the transaction with Texas Oil using Bonds for them. It is all the same dirty crap just to move things along to sell the shell. So unfortunately both BNPD and BEHL are the problem.
