DILUTION IN THIS STOCK has been happening ever since 2009 when the stock went from almost nothing to .02, on trades of around 9.5 million shares on Dec 3, 2009, and has been sliding down ever since with the snowball called dilution.

That's part of the Due Diligence on this company that anyone can choose to do.

Little bumps and dumps along the way, but it was only up to a penny during the week after that Dec 3, 2009 run, and NEVER SINCE AGAIN, at least not yet.

The least you can get into this stock, like any other, the better chance of making a profit.

Recently this is what it took on July 7, 2011:

Not much movement for that amount of stock traded.

2011/07/07 0.0024 0.0024 0.0020 0.0023 75,384,502 0.0023

-----------------

See what it takes to make this stock move, DILUTION:

2011/06/15 0.0030 0.0030 0.0020 0.0024 180,424,260 0.0024

-----------------

How'd you like those figures it took to move this stock, DILUTION:

2011/05/16 0.0031 0.0044 0.0026 0.0039 246,416,897 0.0039
2011/05/13 0.0015 0.0023 0.0015 0.0022 221,695,614 0.0022
2011/05/12 0.0009 0.0015 0.0008 0.0013 184,414,759 0.0013

-----------------

Maybe with fantastic news, it may yet take over a billion shares to trade on that day to hit a single cent.

DILUTION, and no, the above's a great reason not to believe a company that won't give up the share structure figures more regularly than every three months, one single time.

Or why the increase of the A/S over 300% with no reason other than, when the company is ready to let you know, is when you'll find out.

Yes, the company itself is what's weakening the pps.

Personally, if I was in the market for a tractor, just seeing the website, or the testimonials on this forum by satisfied owners of tractors found by posters, as well as all the tractor videos, I might also be inclined to buy a TYTAN TRACTOR, but not before asking all kinds of questions about it, not just to see them or read about them, but asking and getting the response from the salespeople I want to hear.

And buying their stock is not any different. If the company keeps info from me, that should be available to me to make an educated decision to buy their stock at any current price, then it may convince me not to.

Up to them.
