Well, I don't believe a CEO who knows that not giving out the reason for a giant increase in the Authorized Shares will weaken his pps, and yes, I do believe that's intentional, as this is still a PINK, as well as not allowing his investors to easily obtain the updated share structure so they can make an educated decision on whether or not to buy in to his corporations stock.

It's not just myself who's asking these questions, but many other posters on this forum.

My educated opinion on this matter.
