the pps is very small right now but after a few quarters and sales and financing revenues start pouring in the pps will grow on its own, the problem is right now not enough investors are willing to pay a higher price per share so Mark has to raise the money some how.
I'm not saying that he has put any of the new A/S in to the market I'm just saying if he did the reasons are all of the above and more.
The PR about the A/S increase said it all to attract new investors. So there really is no question of why the question is are you in or are you out.
I'm buying more shares each week and I'm going to keep buying more next week and if i can every week.
