as far as the FDA goes remember where they are. The are in DeNovo process, so they are defining the product category, no one else can claim "similarity" unless their products are similar to BIEL's and if they are they must be breaking the patents!
That is a great advantage, IMHO the length of time for DeNovo clearance can be indicative of how finely BIEL want to define then ew category so as to ensure they are not at risk from companies copying them.

30c is possible if they run an auction correctly, Pharma have been watching closely all along. Dilution may bring that price down but the market potential is HUGE. It isnt whether BIEL can justify a price of $600m but whether Pharma considers the market space worth it for them.
