i read it. it did exist. on the night of takedown i was watching the old guy with the bowtie...i think his name is kudlow. i thought wamu was an upstanding institution and said somethings rotten in denmark. i pulled up the 3.1a and read it. i put it on my favorites to read again later. by the time i came back from dinner it was totally scrubbed from the fdic website. and it gave me "error link" this message no longer exists...scrivener's error. iron mountain for sure has it. but how did nbc and msnbc know wamu was being taken down before wmi execs even knew? and when wmi filed bk, disclosure of the 4 bil in the bank was disclosed.....ooops. fdic in such a hurry seemed to not see that a bank that was "supposedly insolvent" had more money in it than the "planned" amount jpm had already agreed to pay for it. fdic got caught day 1 with their hand in the cookie jar. scriveners error? i think not. wmi i feel was ready for what was coming. they had a plan for when jpm and fdic came with the battering ram. how could you file bk as fast as wmi did unless they had the attorney and paperwork ready. fdic had no time to transfer title of anything...thus the scrivener's error. but jpm went on to perpetuate the fraud by stealing the holding company blind. i guess they figured we'll throw a huge boomerang in this whole scenerio and make them prove what we took. it should take about 3 yrs or so and we should be out of our insolvency by then if we are made it give the assets back. thats my take...opinions?
