There are allot of stocks that are in this position with very good news pending and very little of the potential news factored into the share price. Everyone is in the "show me" state. Others have raised issues that are valid.

I believe it will close and promark/iweb will move forward in their pursuit of higher margins, better exchanges and to be taken over in this explosive market. I believe that there are allot of folks watching and waiting and will be more than willing to buy in at .30 or higher when things are confirmed. I know several in this boat and understand their position.

I have risked more than them and have a larger potential % reward.

Buy now or wait.
