tibbcat, I'm not sure I would agree with that assessment, but willing to entertain any thoughts at this point. I have to think this proposal should be a tough sell to shareholders, and many good questions have already been asked by some. If the vote were to go through and 12% (if that's what it is) dilution occured because of it, I'm not sure that constitutes a "dump." Of course, anything is possible with these OTCBB stocks, and this does not look positive to me. I would like to hear more about the logic and reasoning of this from the Board's perspective, and what other supporters think. I never respect management taking a large bonus when the company is not producing real value and growth. I think that is a reasonable assessment of this, although with the apparent positives that are occuring here, some reward might be in order. 18,000,000 is hard to take, though, any way you slice it.
