but the dtc has already dumped those fictional shares into some of our accounts. they have to go to the ta to get the real shares and the ta can't issue because they have to go to the original selling broker who has to go to the original shorter.

that's my understanding of it.

but then, what do i know?

all things multiply to the point of starvation.
