Pink Sheets News Service, May 27, 2005 -- Yellowstone Corporate Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent to merge its company with North Country Hospitality Inc., a multi-level restaurant and hospitality company with headquarters in Upstate New York.
North Country Hospitality Inc. is a holding company whose objective is to acquire companies specializing in all aspects of the restaurant and hospitality industry. The North Country group now comprises a blend of fine dining establishments, casual and wine bar restaurants, Mexican cuisine dining and franchised fast food restaurants, luxury hotel rooms, and a commercial bakery.
Presently, the North Country group has operating units throughout Upstate and Northern New York.
