You don't suppose they opted for the lower price so they could actually pay someone to relist a listed and reporting company they purchased and failed to maintain? Yeah, I want to "seize the time to subscribe" to a failed management group who just cost me (and themselves) about $10 a share.

Let me guess? The fly thing ain't working out and we are looking at another name change?
