I just placed a buy order at .0011 to test and it accepted it under ANDI. Same thing yesterday. You can buy new through Etrade Pro, you just have to call in sells of existing positions. If Etrade received the shares today, they will update everyone's account over night. They do not update portfolios during the day.

True believers accumulate over time and at the offer price. Daily ups and downs mean little. Easiest way to relieve emotion is to do your DD, trust the company's intent and buy the stock, not the price. A sound investment will return well in all ranges.
