The broker blamed the company

If you don't have an assigned manager for your broker account, you will always get that answer. I have a guy at Etrade that tells me straight up because I have a nice balance and I trade often, sometimes a few thousand trades per year. Broker blame game is common but there is more to clearing shares than you think.

True believers accumulate over time and at the offer price. Daily ups and downs mean little. Easiest way to relieve emotion is to do your DD, trust the company's intent and buy the stock, not the price. A sound investment will return well in all ranges.
