It isn't the damn company. The shares have to clear or be delivered before SOME brokers will buy or sell. Etrade lets you because they know they will receive the shares in a few days. If they honor a transaction, they will deliver the inventory in a few days. That's how it works.

SWITCH BROKERS!!!!!

True believers accumulate over time and at the offer price. Daily ups and downs mean little. Easiest way to relieve emotion is to do your DD, trust the company's intent and buy the stock, not the price. A sound investment will return well in all ranges.
