But it is clear that WMI did not receive compensation for the Trust Preferreds and it is still an appeal pending. Even JMW did mention in her opinion that WMI did not get enough compensation for the TPS, so I still believe that JPM/FDIC will have a hard time winning that one. You can't take around 13 Bill. In collateral assets and leave the 4 Bill. Liability behind, the Debt follow the assets, but what the hell it seems JPM can do it......LOL
