" any dilution to be concerned about?" I think many shares are restricted on merger/purchase, otherwise, DMOI would be traded in subpennies and would see millions of shares traded daily.

Look at its chart, it never had a one million shares trading day in the past 4-6 months, the stock went down 90% on very little volume. Also, look at its chart, when the stock traded one or two million shares, it went from pennies to almost two quarters.
