I think with a little money on the table, we'll won't see a dollar again unless some bad news comes out. Just my guess and it sure will be interesting to watch.

It wouldn't surprise me if somthing like this happened: as we draw closer to the vote the price gets to 2.50. The deal is voted down. The price plummets to under a dollar. Another bid comes in for 3.50, which is accepted.
