Songian, my personal opinion and maybe shared by others here is that a good settlement with a fair 3G deal is the best outcome possible. I think it would be much better than NOK getting the arbitration results shoved down their throat and then fighting and battling IDCC in court for years to come on 3G infringement...JMO I'd rather get 50% of what we are really owed and an airtight 3G deal that IDCC is happy with and can use as a framework for others...


BTW pochs...I agree with you I just don't think ams13 is a very happy person...either that or the glass is definitely half empty
