ah yeah forgot about that part.

I had friends who had a private dock (house near the water) we use to go out a little bit but not too far off (just far out enough to see).

My one friend was a Realtor and just sold enough homes to pay bills and for his boat fuel....not very ambitious but was fun to hang out with him and his Penn state grad pals.
