1 his lawsuit plus his defense have been costly. He could quickly recoup those loses with a publicly traded company.
2 The big thing in Asia especially China, but also South Korea is to take there companies public here in the states. I think given a chance to take his product public he would still want to do so here in the states. After all that was the original intention.
It all boils down to where the Judge takes this in his decisions... we know his feelings toward the "dudes" Paul and Ben... which further helps our case.
I'm sure the judge will give Paul what he deserves
