PNDR.. correct Martin, I find it hard to believe any financiers would pay $4 a share when they can buy it for a dime. The 10Q says even getting $8 mil financing is "speculative" so who would be dumb enough to give them $250 mil? If they don't buy the hotel that stock is nearly worthless, less than $100,000 in assets, sheesh.
