It is a beautiful place, but needs a lot of up keep, it costs about $1,200.00 "yes thats cheap" a month just to pay the grounds keepers to maintain it. After we buy the tractors im going to spend a month or two down there playing with the equimpment ;) helping the maintance people get aquinted with the equipment, and just some plain very much needed R&R.

When Tytan takes off you are all invited to come down and have some fun.

The ranch house has 7 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. With the lagoon in front of the house and the golf of mexico about 1/2 a mile north with access to the beach. A person could litterially live off the land there, fishing, raising cattle, planting crops, harvest the oysters, coconuts, and yes there are mosquitos... lol just a little.

But the tractors we are using now need to be upgraded and Tytan seems to fit the bill.
